Limitations to be aware of.
It needs a cell signal
No coverage at the property means no CabinPulse. Canaro adds satellite for sites like that.
One place at a time
CabinPulse is fully portable — unplug it, take it anywhere with cell coverage, and plug it back in. It watches wherever it happens to be. Watching two places at the same time is what needs a second device, and both show up in the same app.
No cameras or video
It reports conditions, not footage. There is no lens in it and there never has been.
No team accounts
One login, shared with whoever you like. Per-person permissions are a Canaro feature.
Common questions
Can I switch terms later?
Yes. When your term ends you can move to the other one — a year to three years, or three years back to one. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing auto-renews and we don't keep your card on file to charge later. We email you before the term ends, and if you do nothing the connection simply stops — the device stays yours and you can reactivate whenever you like.
Am I locked into a contract?
Only for the term you prepay. Both terms are paid in full at the start, which is exactly why they cost less per month than paying as you go would — and when the term is up you're free, because nothing renews on its own.
What happens during a long power outage?
CabinPulse runs two to three days on its backup battery and keeps reporting over cellular the whole time, so a multi-day outage is something you stay informed about rather than something that goes quiet. When the power comes back the battery recharges on its own.
What if I cancel?
The device is yours either way. When the term ends the connection stops and the readings stop with it — you can reactivate later without buying anything again.
